- Go for a 20-30 minute jog outside or on a treadmill 2-3 times per week.

- Try doing a combination of squats and lunges. 3 sets of 10-15 each will do.

- Pullups, Pushups, and Situps are great exercises that don't require a gym membership.

- Get out and go biking with your friends or family.

- Try going swimming at the local pool. Swimming is a fantastic exercise for losing weight and lowering cholesterol levels.

- Do something fun, like playing sports. Tennis, basketball, football, and even volleyball are all great ways to have fun and lose weight and lower your cholesterol.

The key is to find something that you enjoy and start doing it as often as you are able to.
